Need a new Id Card for yourself or spouse?

The new automated ID Card will be reissued to retirees when they bring their family members in for a new family member card.

Retirees may appear without family members to have their new card reissued. They will reissue family members cards upon expiration of the current ID Card. The hours of operation for the ID Card Section are from 0800 to 1530, Monday through Friday. The ID Card Section is located in Building 2111, phone number 608-388-4563. By calling the ID Card Section at 608-388-4563, they will furnish additional locations and phone numbers where ID Cards can be issued.
