At the request of the East Coast Regional President, a new Delegate's Credentials Report has been setup and formatted so it can be completed with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program version 5.0 or newer.

If you have the Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer that is version 4.5 or older you should download the latest version from the Adobe website. Click on the button below to get the latest version.

To download reports listed below, RIGHT Click on the report title and then select the Save Target option to save it to a folder on you computer.
