Reports Currently Completed
Note: To download the individual files
listed below, Right Click on a report below that you
want to download and select Save Target As and save it to a folder
on you computer's hard drive. You may want to create a
new folder to save these files to - e.g. Lafra_reports
or whatever name you want to give to the folder that you
will easily remember so you can Explore to that folder.
These annual reports can be filled out
on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader versions 5
or 6. Version 6 is currently available on the Adobe
website. Version 5 will run on any version of Windows 9x
thru XP. Version 6 or newer can only run on computers running
Windows 2000 or XP.
